Originally from Liverpool, England, I began my career working for a major international record company, where I styled artists and worked in the fast-paced music industry. After moving to the United States, I spent four and a half years in Chicago refining my craft before heading west to San Diego, where I've built my reputation over the past 25 years. Cancellation Policy
As an independent hairstylist, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because I personally manage my schedule, last-minute cancellations often leave appointment times that cannot be filled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request 24 hours' notice. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the reserved services. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
I understand that genuine emergencies can happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll always do my best to accommodate your circumstances.
